Dispatch within 1 to 2 working days after order confirmation.
Mainland France: 4 to 6 working days.
Free shipping on orders over €80.
Under €80: shipping costs calculated at checkout.
Europe: 6 to 8 working days.
Shipping costs calculated by country at checkout.
An email with a tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.
Returns
You have 14 days from receipt to return your item, unworn and in its original packaging.
Procedure:
- Send an email to contact@overcut.fr with your order number
- We confirm within 48 working hours
- Ship the item to the address provided
- Refund or store credit, as you prefer
Refund: within 5 working days of receipt, to the original payment method.
Store credit: valid for 12 months across the whole store.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Worn items or items without packaging cannot be returned.
