All our products are unisex. When in doubt, go one size up. The measurements shown are those of the garment laid flat, not body measurements.
Taking your measurements
Chest
Measure around the chest at its widest point, under the armpits. Keep the tape horizontal and not pulled tight.
Length
Garment laid flat. Measure from the collar (shoulder seam) down to the bottom hem.
Shoulder width
From one shoulder seam to the other, with the garment laid flat.
Sleeve length
From the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve, with the sleeve held horizontal.

Care instructions
T-shirts and Sweatshirts
Wash at 30°C maximum, inside out to protect the embroidery. No fabric softener. Air drying recommended. Do not iron directly on the embroidery.
Caps
Hand wash in cold water. Do not machine wash or tumble dry. Air dry on a rounded support to keep the shape.
